Assessors are human. They have divergent perspectives, implicit biases and widely varying personalities. GPS simulates this reality by deploying assessor archetypes calibrated to your target scheme.
Doves
Look for potential and the innovation in your proposal, highlighting strengths and strategic promise.
Hawks
Are inherently sceptical, rigorously scrutinising your methodology, governance, and evidence of impact.
You are unlikely to get 3 doves assess your proposal and so the divergence between these archetypes reveals where the true risks lie within your application, showing you exactly where the panel's concerns will focus.

The intelligence behind GPS is grounded in reality. The simulation is calibrated against our proprietary repository of £95 million in real-world grant applications. This federated set of applications aren't just successful bids, they contain plenty of unsuccessful ones too.
Built over more than 20 years, this dataset spans bids submitted to all major funders.
